CHC.felicitas Orders & Return Policy


CHC.felicitas is made to order.

Normally takes 12 working days to process and 7-14 shipment to worldwide.
If in a hurry please contact first to confirm the production and the shipment would meet your need.

CHC.felicitas 為接單訂製,如急需使用請先聯繫(Line)確認交期可符合再下單。

  1. CHC.felicitas 為純手作工藝品,客製化須至少7-12工作天的製作時間,如趕時間或有其他需求請下單前聯繫我,或者於訂單即時備註需求,我將會和您聯繫確認。
  2. 請理解並包容手作成品會有天然素材或手工製作痕跡,以純手藝製作、沒有量產模具機台,因此無法要求每個物件完全一模一樣,並且可能會有幾公釐的誤差值,要求完美者請勿訂製。


  1. CHC.felicitas 工藝品如有標註為非客製化之「成品」則會提供7天「猶豫期」服務,非試用期,須保持全新未拆封,封膜貼撕毀,即視為拆封使用不接受退換。
  2. 如在猶豫期內(物流進度之簽收日起7天計算)確認須退貨,請發送訊息聯繫我或mail您的訂單編號至[email protected],我會在2工作天內幫您進行處理。
  3. 猶豫期退貨之來回運費須自理,CHC收到品項確認後將會返回餘額款項給您。
  4. 客製化設計品及折扣優惠商品恕不接受退貨。
  5. 如有品項的寄送錯誤,請於簽收日7天內連繫CHC做更換,並保持內層封膜未拆封使用、原包裝寄回,來回運費將由CHC承擔並重新安排正確品項給您。


For global customers, CHC accept order cancellation within 12 hours after ordering which means before the product is produced.
Please make sure before ordering. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
CHC cannot cancel the order if the product is already in processing.

Returns(if applicable)

CHC only accept returns when the product is completely inconsistent with your request or the item is sent incorrectly, and within 3 days after the receipt.
(Consider the worldwide shipping time of the return and the time when the card has not been closed for a smooth refund.)
Please note: It is normal for handmade products to have a deviation of a few millimetres.
To be eligible for a return, the inner sealing film sticker of the product cannot be torn 
and your item must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it.

where the wrong item should be mailed to: [email protected]
If the item is over $30, you should use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in case we can’t guarantee the safety of the delivery.
After received the wrong item(outside of Taiwan),
CHC will bear another NT$200 coupon to you for your inconvenience.
No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


Once your return is received and inspected, CHC will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
